At EML Systems the approach we take is dependant on how our client works. Some people like the extremely structured approach whereby they know exactly what they want in their new software. In these instances we use the structured Waterfall Model
With some clients we will use iterative prototyping and Agile Development. These less structured approaches allow rapid application development in such a way that our customers are involved in every stage of the development lifecycle.
In other cases we use a combination of the waterfall model and agile development thus allowing us to develop our clients software using both formal structured methods and their important input.
